Refund Policy

When You're Eligible for a Refund

  • Not delivered within 24 hours: If your order has not been delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation, you are entitled to a full refund. Use the "Open complaint for your purchase" button in your order details for fast resolution.
  • Product not working on delivery: If the product/account delivered to you doesn't work as described at the time of delivery, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Contact us immediately through our complaint system.
  • Purchased by mistake (before delivery): If you made a purchase by accident and delivery has not yet occurred, open a complaint and we will process a fast refund.
  • No response within 24 hours: If you've contacted us through official channels (complaint ticket, WhatsApp, Discord, or email) and haven't received a response within 24 hours, you are eligible for a full refund.

Product Warranty Terms

If your product was working at the time of delivery but later stops working, contact our support team via our complaint system or official channels. We will assist you according to the specific warranty terms of your product:

Warranty covers issues that are our responsibility. User error, violations of terms of service of the product provider, or misuse are not covered.

  3. Find the order and create ticket via discord
  4. Select the appropriate reason and describe your issue
  5. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Paypal payments: 5-10 business days
  • Cryptocurrency: 1-3 business days

We strongly encourage you to contact us first before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We resolve most issues within 24 hours and provide faster resolution than the dispute process.

Filing chargebacks without first contacting us may result in:

  • Delayed refunds (bank disputes can take 30-90 days)

  • Inability to use our services in the future

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Products that have been delivered and used successfully
  • Issues caused by user error or misuse
